- What shipping options do you offer?
We offer free shipping on orders over $100. It applies only for the customers in the United States. Please contact us for international shipping charges.
- How long does it take to receive my order?
If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and get your order ready for shipment within 2 business days. We then will send the tracking information to the email address you provide while you check out. It usually takes 4-7 business days to deliver your order. If your item is on backorder or need to go through manufacturing process, we will reach out to you via email or phone call. We will notify you the estimate shipping time(from 2 days to 6 weeks) and confirm if you want to proceed.
- Can I change my shipping and billing addresses?
After your order is dispatched from our warehouse, an email containing your tracking information will be sent to you. This will enable you to connect with the pertinent carrier and supply any supplementary details necessary for the smooth delivery of your parcel.
- How do I track my order?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with your tracking information.
- Why is my shipment delayed?
We always aim to process your gears as soon as we receive your order. However, we might encounter some delays due to logistic issues, flat tires, manufacturer delay or transit routes. - What do I do if i receive a damaged product?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Why do we require pictures for refund, exchanges, damaged and missing parts?

- How long will it take to receive my refund?
The refund procedure initiates once the item reaches our warehouse and undergoes assessment by our specialists to ascertain its compliance with the necessary criteria. Subsequently, the funds will be released, and you can anticipate receiving the refund within a span of 10-15 days.

- Where is my free gift?
If you're eligible for a free gift along with your purchase, congrats! The gift is on its way! It will be shipped out separately from the gears package and it can take up to 7-10 business days to arrive. If you don't receive the gift within 10 business days of your purchase, please contact us and we will help you out.
- Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
In-stock items can be cancelled at no charge prior to shipping. For backorder or custom item, it cannot be cancelled. If your order has shipped, you must follow the return policy. There is an automatic 3% processing fee that will be charged when you cancel your order.
- What next after I placed my order?
You will get a confirmation email right after placing an or der. If you do not receive the email, please contact us immediately. Once your order is shipped, you will also receive a tracking information.
